Delete Your Data

You can delete your The Ancient Spire account and the personal information we hold about you at any time.

In the game

Open the Game and tap the settings button on the home screen.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your username, player icon, saved progress, friends list, race entries and linked sign-in (Apple, Google, email or Facebook) from our servers.

By email

If you no longer have the Game installed, email support@theancient.games with the subject "Delete my data" and include your username. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same account before deleting.

If you signed in with Facebook

To remove the Game's access to your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, find The Ancient Spire and remove it. Then delete your data using either option above, or ask us to by email. Removing the app on Facebook alone does not delete your game data.

What happens next

We delete your personal information within 30 days.
Purchase records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
Deleted progress, Gears and purchased items cannot be restored.
Uninstalling the Game does not delete your account.
